Delete Your Account

Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Psi Ops account and all associated data, send an email with the details below.

Requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

When your request is processed, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your Firebase authentication account (user ID)
• Your username and profile
• All gameplay statistics (wins, losses, rating, streaks, scores)
• Your leaderboard entry
• Any device registrations tied to your account

What Is Retained

None of your personal data is retained after deletion. Aggregated and fully anonymized analytics (for example, total daily match counts) may persist but cannot be traced back to you.
